There are many reasons why people choose to learn Norwegian: Some have relatives in the country, others just want to read Henrik Ibsen’s original writings. Regardless of intentions, there are several summer programs where youths can immerse themselves in the Norwegian language and culture, and now is the time to sign up.

The Norse Federation has organised its “Norgesskolen” or Norway School summer program, in Norway since 2003. Every year the program attracts youth from all over the world to Tomb Agricultural School on the outskirts of Oslo.

The students aged 9- 18 years, also went on excursions, enjoyed the outdoors, and took care of the animals at the farm where the school is located.
