Twice a year the International Peace Research Institute, Oslo (PRIO) awards 4-6 scholarships to students who have completed obligatory courses and are in the process of writing their thesis for a masters degree, mainly at Norwegian universities. The stipend amounts to NOK 3.500 per month and the students have access to the institute’s facilities, and to supervision.
